2. What data we collect

We only collect data you voluntarily send through the site forms:

• Contact / club / press form: name, optional club or company, email, request type and message text.

• Custom cartoon: name, email, request description and the reference photos you upload.

• Newsletter: your email address.

We do not use profiling cookies or any tracking/analytics tools.

3. Why we process data and legal basis

We use the data solely to reply to your requests, handle custom cartoon orders and send the newsletter if you subscribe. The legal basis is your consent and/or pre-contractual and contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6 GDPR).

4. Third-party services

Forms are handled via FormSubmit, which forwards messages to our mailbox: data may be processed on servers outside the EU.

Custom cartoon payments are processed via PayPal, under PayPal’s privacy policy.

Books are sold through Amazon, under Amazon’s privacy policy.

Fonts are provided by Google Fonts: loading pages may trigger a request to Google’s servers, transferring your IP address.

The site is hosted on Vercel.

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to handle your request and, for the newsletter, until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise them write to tifosissimi@gmx.at. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Austria: Datenschutzbehörde).

7. Cookies

This site does not install profiling or third-party tracking cookies. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for operation may be used.
